What is the decision are you silently avoiding taking?

“The Magic you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding.” – Dipen Parmar

I recently came across the “Man Encounters River on Journey” 🚶‍♂️ story (https://lnkd.in/dNes5x27) which resonated, exploring the emotional ties we form with habits, tools, acquaintances, etc. that no longer serve us.

It got me thinking about the barriers to letting go—perhaps the fear of seeming ungrateful or the worry that we might need it again in the future.
Yet, as I reflect, I realize that clinging to the past can hinder our growth. The world changes, we evolve, and what was once relevant may lose its significance.

Statements we heard a lot like “We’ve Always Done It This Way”, “We don’t need to change anything, we’re successful already.”, “That’s not how we do things here.”, “Failure is not an option.””, etc. might no more be serving us….🪄🪄
Staying stagnant comes at a high cost – missed opportunities, unfulfilled potential, and a future that remains unchanged.

So, I pose a question to myself: What must I release to keep going? Have I expressed gratitude genuinely and enough before I let it go? 🌱✨
If like me you are feeling the itch to break free, fear not and join me in facing what we’ve been avoiding!
